This exhibition was inspired by Breathing Flower by Korean artist Choi Jeong-Hwa, a large-scale installation featuring a breathing, inflatable lotus flower.
The lotus, a strong cultural symbol in Asia, represents purity, hope, and new beginnings.
Building on this symbolism, the exhibition explores three East Asian flowers — the lotus, plum blossom, and chrysanthemum. Each flower conveys a hopeful message: renewal, integrity, and endurance.
